The latter is a sales consulting firm whose Director is Marianne Dorsch. She has worked for over 25 years in the field of international hotels, and has gained much experience in hotel management, in the Sheraton Hotels, Ciga Hotels, Starwood Hotels and recently in The Charming Hotels and the prestigious  Royal Demeure Hotel Group  as Director of Sales & Marketing. 
MD has, as its objective, the identification and development of the potential of sales and marketing in hotels – both medium and long term – opearting with a personal approach, ans striving toward the ideal balance between expenditure and benefits. The most attractive aspect of MD lies in its intimate  knowledge of the four important markets for 4 and 5 star hotels: leisure,  meetings,  incentives and business travel.
